It feels as though sections of the shin are rubbing against the skin or touching nerves. Almost everyone experiences this condition at one point or another, especially when the body is still growing and developing. With that being said, adults can and do suffer from it, typically because they are wearing footwear that does not properly support their body.

It is more likely to happen when you first start wearing the boots before you get used to them but it can happen at any time.

Believe it or not, there are work boots out there that provide the necessary level of protection and yet still somehow manage to be remarkably lightweight. They also have extra protection in the soles of the feet and are designed to align and support your body as you walk. If you have a job that requires you to wear work boots and you spend a lot of time on your feet, finding boots like these is easily one of the best things that you will ever do for yourself. It can make the difference between finishing a shift and feeling good or feeling completely exhausted and being in excruciating pain by the time your shift ends.

Nobody really likes the idea of being exhausted and in pain but a lot of people purchase work boots that aren’t suitable for them because they are trying to save money. Obviously, the boots that are more well-constructed have a tendency to cost more and this is where the problem usually arises. If you have any doubts about which boots you should purchase, consider the amount of time you spend on your feet and then make your decision based on that information.
